Take the Fall

 

 Sorry I haven't posted in a few days! I've been pretty busy avoiding the sun. I'm beyond ready to start transitioning my wardrobe more towards fall, my favorite season for countless reasons. I couldn't exactly get dressed today using as many layers of cozy fabrics as I would have liked, but I could play a bit with the color palette. Ripped tights and sheer Victorian style tops in berry tones will just have to hold me over til it cools down!

Never the Bride: Courtney Love's clothing line?!

I know that this is old news to some of you (as in, Fall 2012 old) but maybe there are some of you, like me, who somehow missed this little fashion gem.

Courtney Love gets a really, really bad wrap. Such a bad wrap, that most stores have refused to sell anything from her clothing line "Never the Bride". I have been a fan of Courtney Love since my toddler days, and always admired her for her bizarre, dress-up, school girl, just rolled around in a Victorian era Queen's closet look. Let me know what you all think! (And if you like, I'd suggest scowering eBay for these items. If anyone finds them in an online store, please share!)
