Be It Hell or High Water

 If you're ever in Oregon and you don't go to Cannon Beach, you're living your life wrong. 

Matt and I took a spur of the moment bus ride to Cannon Beach for the day, and it was so much fun! The water was cold, but the sand was hot, and there was a cool breeze which made everything perfect. Of course, what better item to wear than my Easy Breezy Slip? 

As a huge Goonies fan, Cannon Beach was also on my bucket list of places I wanted to see. I cannot explain how much this break from the city meant to me. I am not used to being surrounded by cement all the time, and it honestly takes a lot out of me. I'm not an urban dweller I guess. I think I realized (or rerealized) this trip how much I adore the sea. I guess I just equate salt water with home, and I can always find my way home. Be it hell or high water, I'll find my way to the ocean.
