I've been lusting after this tunic since I started working at Anthropologie in May. I was looking at Free People online the other day (as I do every day) and saw they had it in red and I knew, in that moment, I wouldn't be able to resist any further.
So I didn't.
So I didn't.
First of all, I knew this tunic was perfect for me because it's called "The Beatnik Tunic", and growing up I always had an obsession with the beat generation. I was excited to find that I could wear it with a million other things in my closet as well. I'm a little bummed that I didn't get more pictures of it today without the jacket, but I'm sure I'll be wearing it a lot, so that's not too big of an issue! Besides that, it was raining today... Boo.

I love how this whole look reminds me of mod (which I guess isn't beatnik at all). I love all the pieces together! I think the coat really ties it it. Great effortless chic look.
