Girl From the North Country: Saturday

Hey guys. This term of school is the first term where my Saturday actually lands on a Saturday, and though I usually have some online class homework due on Saturdays, I still like to dedicate this day to myself in a way. I kept my outfit casual and feminine today, so it was a minimum stress and effort look. These looks are sometimes my favorite. I know when it comes to fashion blogging, sometimes it's more fun to see people's outlandish looks, but I also just love seeing people's personal styles, and my personal style on Saturday is all about looking cute but casual.

I've been thinking about something. My outfits are almost always inspired by music. Whether I'm inspired by the way a musician dresses, or just the general vibe of a certain song, I'm always feeling inspired by what I'm hearing. I probably have a new favorite song everyday which dictates my feelings and style that day, so I figured I would start posting them and sharing with you! Today would be "Brendan's Death Song" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. For me, it is such a peaceful and beautiful song. It makes me want to relax and just be - Which is what Saturdays are all about. :)
